This page serves the purpose of further demonstrating my design skills. The page displays some projects I created during my time at Bellarmine University as a graduate student, along with descriptions of the assignments below the images to give clarity and context to each image/ set of images. These projects range from my two years in the program and vary in medium and subject matter.
One of my graduate classes focused on the future of digital technologies and how it can positively or negatively impact our lives in years to come. For the final project we were instructed to research a technology and design something showing what we believe the future holds for that technology, I chose 3D printing in long term health care (focusing on elders). I designed an art exhibit filled with both fine art and digital art I created that shows what I believe the future of 3D printing in long term healthcare has to offer us and what we can expect it to look like. I also created a brochure for the exhibit that explains each piece and explains some of the research behind it.
For one of my graduate level courses, we, as a class, dealt and worked with clients; performing numerous different tasks and projects according to their needs. These are flyers that I designed for the clients based on the information they wanted showcased and on their style guides. These flyers are currently being used by these organizations and available for those who express interest.
For one of my graduate level courses, we, as a class, dealt and worked with clients; performing numerous different tasks and projects according to their needs. For one of our clients, I was tasked with creating a form/ sheet that current students can use to track their progress and potential students to see what their coursework looks like in the Master's of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner program at Bellarmine University. These are the three track sheet formats that the client chose and is deciding to use for education and promotional purposes.
We were tasked with creating an introduction video to post on our YouTube channel in one of my classes. I have already done this exercise in a previous undergraduate course, but decided to follow the same idea and update it. The video follows a "draw my life" format using a Slate2+ (drawing tablet) that explains who I am as a person and designer.
